Heather Sword - Owner/Stylist
Heather, a proud Idaho native, has over 15 years of experience behind the chair. Her desire to be a hairdresser goes back to childhood. She started her career as a stylist at Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School in 2008 with Evelyn and since then has been committed to studying several brands and techniques to perfect her craft. Heather is a color specialist, who offers a variety of services including balayage, foil highlights/lowlights, gray coverage, as well as extensions, and wide range in haircutting techniques. The journey of salon ownership has profoundly enriched Heather’s life, with the role of mentorship, ownership responsibilities, and the abundant opportunities for growth that comes along with it. Heather’s favorite part of being in the beauty industry is fostering deep connections with her clients and her team, empowering each and every person to radiate confidence and beauty inside and out.
Evelyn Meza - Owner/Stylist
Evelyn, raised in Canyon County, brings over a decade of experience behind the chair, having worked closely with Heather throughout her career. She has mastered a wide range of services and specializes in techniques such as lived-in color, balayage, gray blending, hair extensions, and keratin/smoothing treatments. Evelyn places a high value on listening to her clients and maintaining the integrity of their hair. She believes that clear communication is essential to building strong, lasting relationships with her clientele.
Gabe Lyons - Stylist
Born and raised in Idaho, Gabe found interest to begin his career as a hairstylist in 2008. He was quickly recognized for his exceptional talent of hair styling. Product knowledge has always been of importance to Gabe. He is inspired by continuing to learn from other stylists and artists, traveling is a major passion for Gabe, and he has had the pleasure of working in fashion week in New York City. Gabe and his clients are always laughing and enjoying their time in his chair. “Creativity, personal expression, freedom and excitement creates instant happiness.”
Kayla Rogers - Stylist
Kayla has been passionate about the beauty industry her whole life. She has been professionally working in the hair industry for 5 years. Her spunky energy and desire for education has quickly grown her career. Kayla’s favorite service to provide is any blonding service. It allows her to expand her creativity in endless ways. She brings such a light into the salon everyday and keeps everyone laughing all day long.
Rylan Sower - Stylist
Rylan was born and raised in Idaho. Married to her high school sweetheart and proud mother to Jax, Rylan is dedicated in all facets of her life. She is passionate about learning new techniques, and staying on top of the latest trends. Rylan specializes in all things blonding, dimensional brunettes, and balayage. Her greatest joy lies in experience of making her clients feel beautiful inside and out.
Alyssa Harling - Stylist
Alyssa loves all things blonding, lived-in looks, and extensions. Alyssa is very passionate and driven with anything she does, from hair behind the chair to starting her own pop up business, she knows how to achieve her goals. Alyssa loves being her clients #1 hype girl, she leaves everyone feeling beautiful inside and out.
